Make a call with Skype Dial Pad in Microsoft Teams Free

First time accessing the Skype Dial Pad

To use the Dial Pad on the web, sign in at calling.web.skype.com. If you have an active Skype Credit, the Dial Pad will open automatically. If you don’t have an active Skype Credit, you will receive a popup to open Skype’s My Account page.

On the My Account page, you can reactivate inactive Skype Credit. On desktop, your current Skype Credit balance appears at the top left, next to your name. On mobile, tap your profile picture to view your balance under the Skype Phone section.

Making calls using the Skype Dial Pad

1. Sign in at calling.web.skype.com.
2. Once you’re logged in, enter or select a phone number to dial.
3. Select Call .

How to make a call with Skype Dial Pad

1. Open the Teams Free mobile app.

2. Tap your profile picture.

3. Tap Skype Dial Pad .

   1. If you have an active Skype Credit, the Skype Dial Pad will be visible.
   2. If you don’t have an active Skype Credit, you will not see the Skype Dial Pad option. On the My Account​​​​​​​ page, you can reactivate inactive Skype Credit. After you reactivate, reopen Teams Free and repeat the above steps.

4. Enter or tap a phone number.

5. Tap Call to start a call

First time accessing the Skype Dial Pad

To access the Skype Dial Pad, make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Microsoft Teams Free.

1. Sign in to Microsoft Teams Free with your Skype sign in.

   Important

   Make sure to sign in with the Skype account associated with your Skype Credits.

2. Select Settings and more on the top right corner.

3⁠. Select Skype Dial Pad ⁠.⁠

• a. If you have an active Skype Credit, the Skype Dial Pad will be visible.
• b. If you don’t have active Skype Credit, you won’t see the Skype Dial Pad option. On the My Account  page, you can reactivate inactive Skype Credit. After you reactive, reopen Teams Free and repeat the above steps.

How to make a call with Skype Dial Pad

1. Enter or select a phone number to dial.
2. Select Call to start the call.
