Sintomas
Quando muitos clientes se conectar a bancos de dados de recuperação do Microsoft BitLocker administração e monitoramento 2.5, bloqueios SQL podem ocorrer no banco de dados. Portanto, as chaves não podem ser recuperadas do Portal de suporte técnico ou Self Service Portal. Novos clientes recebem erros ao tentar criptografar como o serviço do MBAM se torna inacessível. Isso faz com que o tempo limite e outros erros.Além disso, os seguintes erros ocorrem nos logs de rastreamento de MBAM svc em c:\inetpub\Microsoft Solution\Logs\Recovery de gerenciamento do BitLocker e Hardware intelegente * .svclogs:
Transação (63 de identificação do processo) foi bloqueada em recursos de bloqueio com outro processo e foi escolhida como a vítima do bloqueio. Execute novamente a transação. Transação uncommittable é detectada no final do lote. A transação é revertida.
Resolução
Para resolver o problema, atualize os procedimentos armazenados associados ao banco de dados de recuperação MBAM. Para fazer isso, execute os seguintes scripts Transact-SQL:
