Ao executar Sysprep.exe no Microsoft Surface Pro 3, você poderá receber as seguintes mensagens de erro:

Observação Esse problema pode ocorrer em qualquer sistema que dê suporte a espera conectado.
Causa
Esse problema ocorre porque o Windows inicia automaticamente a criptografação de unidades usando o BitLocker em computadores baseados em Windows 8.1 que dão suporte ao InstantGo (em espera conectado).
Resolução
Para resolve esse problema, no Prompt de Comando como administrador, execute o seguinte comando:manage-bde -off c:Notes

O comando pode levar algum tempo para descriptografar totalmente a unidade. Você pode executar o comando manage-bde -status para monitorar o progresso.

Quando a descriptografia completa for concluída, você poderá executar Sysprep.exe novamente.

Para evitar esse problema durante a instalação inicial do Windows, defina o valor PreventDeviceEncryption como True no arquivo unattend.xml durante a fase OOBE (experiência fora do corpo) para criar a imagem de referência. Para obter mais informações, consulte PreventDeviceEncryption.
