There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Change your gamerpic. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to Profile & system, select your profile, and then select My profile. Select Customise profile > Change gamerpic. Choose your gamerpic from the selection shown, or select either Take a picture of my avatar or Upload a customised image.

This setting allows you to choose if any of your apps can access the camera. It doesn't set which specific apps can access the camera. Once you've allowed your apps to access the camera, you can change the setting for each app. Find the app you want, then turn on camera access for that app.
