Create a team from scratch: Choose Teams on the left side of the app, then select Create and join teams and channels at the top of your teams list. Select Create team . Choose From template and then select From scratch. Decide what kind of team that you want this to be.

Find Teams on the web at https://teams.microsoft.com. To use Teams, you need a Microsoft 365 account with a Business or Enterprise Microsoft 365 license plan.

All you need to join a Teams meeting is a link. Select Join the meeting now in your meeting invite to be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app. If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.

Change settings in Microsoft Teams. Make Microsoft Teams your own! Modify your Teams settings directly in the desktop or mobile app. Change your profile picture, set an "away" status, or try out different light themes to make your account more personal.

After you've invited people to your meeting, you can add up to 10 co-organizers to help manage your meeting. Co-organizers are displayed as additional organizers in the meeting participant list and have most of the capabilities of the meeting organizer.

Create an instant meeting. There are multiple ways to start an instant meeting. You can start one either through the Chat or Calendar feature. In Teams, you can do one of the following: From your Chat at the bottom of the screen, tap Meet at the upper-right corner of the screen > Meet now.
