In Microsoft Teams (free) you can add SMS participants from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Japan, Mexico, or the US to a new or existing group chat.

You can start a one-to-one chat with SMS participants in Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Great Britain, India, Mexico, and the United States. SMS participants from other countries will receive an invite to join Microsoft Teams (free); once they join, you can start a chat with them.
