Fix your audio drivers. Hardware problems can be caused by outdated or malfunctioning drivers. Make sure your audio driver is up to date and update it if needed. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (it will reinstall automatically).

Block or remove a bot in Microsoft Teams. To stop a bot from participating in a one-on-one chat, first find the chat name in your chat list, then click More options > Mute. If you want to remove a bot entirely from a channel, find the channel name, then click More options > Manage team.

Activate Microsoft 365 or a non-subscription version of Office. When you start an Microsoft 365 app that's not activated, you'll be prompted to sign in to Microsoft 365. Be sure to sign in using the Microsoft account, or work or school account, that you used to buy or subscribe to Microsoft 365.

There are a couple ways to add a bot in Teams: Go to Apps on the left side of Teams. Search for your favorite app or browse the app categories to find new ones. In a channel or group chat type @ in the text box and select Get bots.
