Block or remove a bot in Microsoft Teams. To stop a bot from participating in a one-on-one chat, first find the chat name in your chat list, then click More options > Mute. If you want to remove a bot entirely from a channel, find the channel name, then click More options > Manage team.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording. Chat with a bot in a channel or group chat. Bots can contribute to channel and group chat conversations, such as providing important updates or helping a team organize its work. Typically, you or someone else @mentions a bot to interact with it, but some bots can play a more proactive role in conversations.

If you want to send automatic replies to those outside your organization, we recommend choosing Send replies only to contacts. When you're done, select Save. There are two ways to send automatic out-of-office replies in classic Outlook. The way you do it depends on the type of email account you have.

To use voice typing, you'll need to be connected to the internet, have a working microphone, and have your cursor in a text box. Once you turn on voice typing, it will start listening automatically. Wait for the "Listening..." alert before you start speaking.

In the left margin next to your text, select the Copilot icon. From the menu, select Visualize as a table to have Copilot turn the text into a table.
