The message may appear when you tap on Buy Now or Restore Purchase from the Buy page in the Office Mobile for iPhone app. This is usually caused by internet connection issues. You can tap the top left arrow on the Buy page to refresh it and tap Buy Now or Restore Purchase again.

Generate a unique app password for Outlook. Copy this for use later. Navigate to https://www.icloud.com/mail and login with your AppleID if prompted. Create an iCloud account if prompted. Copy the email address. Open Outlook and select Add Account with the email address from step 4, and the app password from step 2.

However, if you have two-factor authentication set up, you might see a window asking you to Create an app-specific password. To obtain an app-password, do the following:
