View sent email. Applies To. After you send an email message, you might want to find that email and resend it or forward it to someone else. Outlook stores your messages in the Sent Items folder. If you don't see the Sent Items folder, you may need to change your Outlook settings.

Recall an email message that you sent in Outlook - Microsoft Support
Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

Distribution groups - Microsoft Support
Beginning in August 2023, managing distribution groups will no longer be possible from Outlook on the web. Administrators should manage their organization’s distribution groups in the Exchange admin center. Non-administrators who want to manage or join distribution groups can do so by navigating to this portal.

Schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
Create a meeting or open one in your Teams calendar. Enter names in the Add required attendees field. If anyone is an optional attendee, select Optional in the Add required attendees field and add their names. To invite someone outside your org, type their full email address (ex: Joe@example.com).

Join a Teams meeting - Microsoft Support
Join a Teams meeting from the app. Go to your Teams calendar. Find a meeting and select Join. From the pre-join screen: Turn on your camera. Select Effects and avatars to choose a background effect. Choose your audio settings. Select Join now.

Focused Inbox for Outlook - Microsoft Support
In Outlook for Windows, Focused Inbox is available only for Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com accounts. If you don't see Focused and Other in your mailbox, you might have a Clutter folder instead. For more information, see Use Clutter to sort low-priority messages in Outlook.

Change your user account picture. In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Accounts > Your info or use the following shortcut: Your info. Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo.
Join a meeting in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
Use your Teams account to attend a meeting set by a Teams personal account user. You can join from your Teams calendar. If someone sends you a meeting invite in Chat, select the link and select Join now. In Teams, select Calendar to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want to attend and select Join.
