To make sure your payments go through smoothly, keep your bank, credit card, and Microsoft account contact details up to date. You may also see some phishing emails about non-payment issues. If you're not sure, never click links in an email, but go direct to your bank's website.

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options. You can add or edit payment methods from here. Under Payment methods, you can Add a new payment method, View or edit card, or Remove card. Enter your updated info, and select Save.

Find the subscription in the list, select Manage, and then select Change how you pay. If you don't see Change how you pay, it could be because recurring billing isn't turned on.
