If you don't choose to insert a signature for all new messages or replies and forwards, you can still insert a signature manually. In your email message, on the Message tab, select Signature.

If you can't sign in to your email account on the Outlook mobile app, get help for the account you're trying to sign in with. For additional help with adding an account to a mail app, or if you have other support issues, select a tab for your device:

The Signature Details dialog box displays certificate information such as the signer’s name in the Signing as box, and who issued the certificate. Open the file that contains the certificate you want to view.

Under Choose default signature, select the account for which you'll set a default signature. If you have multiple accounts, you must set the default signature separately for each account.

Before you can use Authenticator as a way to sign in, you need to download the app and have already added Authenticator to your accounts. Starting July 2025, the autofill feature in Authenticator will stop working, and from August 2025, passwords will no longer be accessible in Authenticator.
