Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth accessories. If you can turn on Bluetooth but having problems pairing or using a Bluetooth accessory, try the following steps to try to fix common problems with Bluetooth accessories.

Uninstall from the Start menu. Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown.

Check the Xbox services, games, and apps for any service outages.

Check for updates in the Phone Link by opening Settings > About > Check for updates.Install any pending updates to make sure your content stays up-to-date. You may also need to check for updates in the Link to Windows app on your Android device.

Use Outlook in the new Microsoft Edge. In Microsoft Edge, sign in to your Outlook on the web or Outlook.com account.

If you selected the Show icon on my profile check box but the icon still isn’t displaying, sign out of the device where you have the issue and then sign back in. On a PC, you may also be required to restart the app: Start Task Manager, choose the app that’s running (Game Bar or Xbox app), select End task, and then restart the app.
