SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

The Microsoft Authenticator app helps you sign into your accounts when you're using two-step verification.

From the Password security tile, select Change my password. On the Change your password page, enter your current password and then enter your new password. For additional security, select the optional checkbox which prompts you to update your password every 72 days.

Open an Outlook data file. In order for Outlook to search a Personal Folders file for a specific word or phrase or sender, the file must be open in Outlook. In Outlook on your desktop, choose File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File. Choose the Outlook data file you want to open.
