Be sure to redeem your rewards points in the same region you signed up in. Do not use a VPN while trying to redeem points. When redeeming points, use a mobile or landline phone number for authentication and not a VoIP phone number.

With a Microsoft or Xbox gift card, you let the lucky recipient choose the gift they want. To buy a gift card, visit: Microsoft and Xbox gift cards. Note Microsoft Store links may not be available in all markets. Make sure to check the product page for info about availability in your region.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing. Select Payment options. Select Add a new payment method. Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com. Select Payment & billing > Order history. Order history. You can use the filters to specific billing periods or to review In progress, Returned/Refunded, Digital, or Physical orders that were bought with this Microsoft account.
