SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. You can find them below or by viewing them in your Outlook.com settings.

If an Office add-in isn’t showing up in the Office Add-ins list, refresh the list to see all of your add-ins. In Word 2016, Excel 2016, or PowerPoint 2016, click Insert > My Add-ins. In Project 2016, click Project > My Add-ins. Then click Refresh to update the list in the Office Add-ins dialog.

You can import photos and videos you have stored on a camera’s SD card, a USB drive, a phone, or on another device. Here's how: Use a USB cable to connect your device to the PC. If you set up your list source as an Excel table, then all you need to do is add or remove items from the list, and Excel will automatically update any associated drop-downs for you. To add an item, go to the end of the list and type the new item. To remove an item, press Delete.
