All you have to do is get the template, copy the signature you like into your email message and personalize it to make your own Outlook signature. Check out the video to see how it's done.

Create and add an email signature in Outlook. In Outlook, you can create one or more personalized signatures for your email messages. Your signature can include text, links, pictures, and images (such as your handwritten signature or a logo). Or, select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using. From the Insert section of the ribbon, select Signature > Signatures. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like. Select OK and close the email. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
