If you run into problems trying to connect to a Bluetooth device, here are some troubleshooting steps to try. Note: For general info about how to connect a Bluetooth device to your PC, see Pair a Bluetooth device in Windows.

Contact Support. For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. Make sure apps have access to the microphone. If your microphone isn't detected after updating Windows 11, you may need to give your apps permission to use it. Here's how: Select Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure Microphone access is turned on.

From the Microsoft 365 home page select Install apps. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install apps> ). From the home page select Install apps (If you set a different start page, go to aka.ms/office-install .) For Microsoft 365 operated by 21 Vianet go to login.partner.microsoftonline.cn/account.

If you’re using the multiple apps experience ( select Samsung, HONOR, OPPO, and ASUS devices ), you can drag and drop content from and into your mobile apps. Not all apps accept dragging and dropping content, or may not accept the file type you’re transferring.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features to change whether you're shown app recommendations when trying to install apps from outside the Store.
