For iOS, you'll first need to install TestFlight on your iOS device. You can find it here or in the App Store. Once TestFlight is installed, you can join from your device. You'll then be able to download and install our beta app via TestFlight.

A digital signature is an electronic, encrypted, stamp of authentication on digital information such as email messages, macros, or electronic documents. A signature confirms that the information originated from the signer and has not been altered.

When you sign a signature line, you add a visible representation of your signature and a digital signature. In the file, right-click the signature line and choose Sign.

On the Tools menu, click Form Options. Under Category, click Digital Signatures, and then click Enable digital signatures for the entire form.

When you need signatures for your documents, there's no need to send multiple drafts or back-and-forth emails to people. Now you can attach documents in e-sign requests and send them directly in Approvals on your desktop or mobile device.

You can use a SharePoint Collect Signatures workflow to route documents created in Excel, Word, or InfoPath to one or more people for their signatures. Note: SharePoint 2010 workflows have been retired since August 1, 2020 for new tenants and removed from existing tenants on November 1, 2020.

It's recommended that you sign macros only after your solution has been tested and ready for distribution: when code in a signed macro project is changed in any way, its digital signature is removed.

The Signature Details dialog box displays certificate information such as the signer’s name in the Signing as box, and who issued the certificate. Open the file that contains the certificate you want to view.

If you don't see the Sign Message button, you might not have a digital ID configured to digitally sign messages, and you need to do the following to install a digital signature.
