For iOS, you'll first need to install TestFlight on your iOS device. You can find it here or in the App Store. Once TestFlight is installed, you can join from your device. You'll then be able to download and install our beta app via TestFlight.

Add or remove a digital signature for Microsoft 365 files
When you sign a signature line, you add a visible representation of your signature and a digital signature. In the file, right-click the signature line and choose Sign.

View digital signature and certificate details - Microsoft Support
The Signature Details dialog box displays certificate information such as the signer’s name in the Signing as box, and who issued the certificate. Open the file that contains the certificate you want to view.
