Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint. Tip: If you don't see the SharePoint app under All apps, use the Search box near the top of the window to search for SharePoint. For more information, see Where to sign in to Microsoft 365.

If you can't sign into your Microsoft account, most issues can be identified by our sign-in helper tool. Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, and then select Work or school account. Select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter the Code and URL from Step 1, and then select Finish. The Accounts screen of the app shows you your account name and a verification code.
