Open the Phone Link and select Calls. Select Get Started. Follow the instructions on your PC. A popup should appear on your device. Select Allow. You should now be connected for Calls. If you choose not set up calls when you first set up the Phone Link, you can always turn it on in the Phone Link settings.

iOS 15.4 was released on March 14, 2022. This iOS release changed how third-party applications such as Outlook or Teams interact with phone numbers containing special characters. Tapping phone numbers that contain a pound (#) or star (*) symbol in app no longer link to the phone app.
