There may be multiple versions of Skype available for your operating system. The following steps will help you find out which version of Skype you're using on your computer.
Windows

Sign into Skype.

Select Help (If the Menu bar is not visible Press the ALT key ).
Note : If you are on Windows 10 or Windows 11 and the Menu bar does not appear, select your profile picture and select Help and Feedback to see your version. -
Select About Skype .
Mac

Sign into Skype.

In the menu bar, select Skype > About Skype .
Linux

Sign into Skype.

Select your Profile .

Scroll down and select About .
