Cortana works with Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 to keep you on time and on track. For Cortana in Windows 10, May 2020 Update and later versions, your calendar automatically syncs with Cortana when you sign in with a work or school account, or a Microsoft account.
To sync your calendar with Cortana on older versions of Windows 10, or for other devices, follow the steps below.

Open Cortana.

Select Notebook .

On the Manage Skills tab, select Connected Services.

Choose Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 and enter your account information.
Note: Connecting to a Gmail account is no longer supported.
