If you want to see only the document without the distraction and clutter from other windows, you can use Apple full screen view. This will hide the menu bar and stretch the document window to full screen.
Važno: This view is available only if you are running Mac OS X Lion or later.

To enter full screen view, on the View menu, click Enter Full Screen.

To return to normal view, move the pointer to the top of the screen until the menu bar appears, and then on the View menu, click Exit Full Screen.
Alternatively, you can press Control-Command-F to toggle full screen view on and off.

To enter full screen view, in the top right corner of the document window, click
Savet: To access the menu bar in full screen view, move the pointer to the top of the screen, and then click the menu that you want.

To return to normal view, move the pointer to the top of the screen, and then click
Focus mode (Word only)
In Word for Mac you can also use Focus mode which really clears all of the user interface away so you can just work in your document. To enter Focus mode click View > Focus. To exit Focus mode just press Esc . For more information see Bring focus to the content in your document.
