After you install MS17-014: Description of the security update for Excel 2016: March 14, 2017 (KB3178673), the following Get & Transform features are available in Microsoft Excel 2016:

Enhanced SQL Server connector - Support for the SQL Failover option.
New transform - Horizontal list expansion.
ODBC and OLE DB connectors – Support the Select Related Tables function.
Enhanced folder connector – Support the Combine function from the Preview dialog box.
Unified text and CSV connectors.
The Change Type Using Locale option on Column Headers Type menus.
The Insert Step After option on the Steps pane.
