Symptom
Microsoft Outlook-klienter som använder MAPI via HTTP för att ansluta till Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 postlådor kopplas ibland. Cachelagrat läge användare finns till exempel en frånkopplad -meddelande visas i statusfältet i Outlook. Online-läge visas dessutom följande felmeddelande när de försöker starta Outlook:
Det går inte att starta Microsoft Outlook. Det går inte att öppna Outlook-fönstret. Det går inte att öppna mapparna. Du måste ansluta till Microsoft Exchange med aktuell profil innan du kan synkronisera dina mappar med Outlook-datafilen (.ost).

Orsak
Det här problemet uppstår när ett ohanterat undantag uppstår i programpoolen MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool eller MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool .
Lösning
Åtgärda problemet genom att installera kumulativ uppdatering 11 för Exchange Server 2013.
