Volgograd
Volgograd Oblast, Ryssland, permanent växlade från UTC + 03:00 i UTC + 04:00 på den 28 oktober 2018. Kunder kan nu byta till den nya tidszonen för Volgograd som visas som (UTC + 04:00) Volgograd.

Marocko
Marocko som vanligt, skjuta upp dess sommartid (DST) perioden för observation av Muslim månad Ramadan 03:00 på söndag den 13 maj 2018-02:00 på söndag den 17 juni 2018 i den gregorianska kalendern. Under denna period aktiveras klockor tillbaka till normaltid för att förkorta kvällar, vilket gör det enklare för Muslims att iaktta Ramadan snabb under tider av sommartid.
Windows update kommer att göras tillgängliga i April för Windows XP Embedded, Windows Server 2008 SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 och Windows Server 2012. Uppdateringar för Windows krävs för Windows 8.1 och senare versioner eftersom dessa system gör ändringar automatiskt.
