Microsoft Teams ส่วนบุคคล

In Microsoft Teams Free, you can report a concern regarding harmful or inappropriate content. Microsoft will evaluate the request, and content will be removed if it violates the Microsoft Code of Conduct or the Teams Community Standards. Additional information on our policies can be found on our Digital Safety site.

Use of report a concern is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement.

You can report a concern regarding:

  • Chats

  • Group chats (profile picture)

  • Communities (name, description, profile picture)

  • User profile picture

  • Images, videos, and files

If there is a OneDrive link to an image or video, reporting a concern may not work within Teams. This can happen when the file or image wasn’t first opened in OneDrive. To report this file or image, open the image or video in OneDrive that is in the Shared section of OneDrive, and report a concern directly in OneDrive. Learn more about how to report a concern in OneDrive.

You can report messages, images, video, and files from one-on-one chats, group chats, posts and replies in communities, and meeting chats.

To report a message, profile picture, image, video, or file:

  1. Go to chat, group chat, profile picture, or community.

  2. Tap and hold the image or file.

  3. Tap Report a concern.

  4. From the Report a concern window and select the type of concern. Several categories of concerns are available. Please choose the closest one that fits your concern.

  5. Tap Report.

  • When a concern is reported on a message, Microsoft will receive the conversation thread information, time, identifier of the reporter of the concern, category of concern, and notes from the submission.

  • For group chats, the last ten messages and the group profile picture will be sent in the submission.
