View your Microsoft Store order history

To review app, game or subscription purchases, track orders, or view and print invoices, sign in to your order history page. Select a tab below for your account type.
Download or print Microsoft account order details

Sign in to your order history page at account.microsoft.com/billing
Tip:Â If you have more than one account, make sure you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account for those purchases.

Select Payment & billing > Order history, then, under Refine, select the order and date range you want.

Look for charges with a status of Completed or Redeemed. Charges with a status of In progress haven't been posted to your payment option yet.

To print an invoice, select Order details from the order you want, then select Print. You can also use the print function in your browser to print the page. In Microsoft Edge, right-click anywhere in the page (or select and hold if you're using a touch screen device), then select Print.
Find Microsoft account balance statements
After we post a charge to your payment option, you'll see the amount and description on the statement from that payment option. This could be a credit card statement, cell phone provider statement, or other payment option, depending on how you paid.

Go to microsoft.com and sign in with your work account.

Select your work account icon.

Select Order history and find your purchases in the order list.​​​
View work account order details in Microsoft 365 admin centerÂ
For detailed order management including billing and invoices:Â

Open your order history and select an order to expand its details.

Select Manage this purchase to open the order in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can:

View detailed order status.Â

Access invoices and billing information.Â

Manage your billing profile.Â

View payment history.Â

Check the status of a work account order return or refund
If you've initiated a return, you can track its progress:Â

Email updates: Microsoft sends notifications at each stage - check your work email (including spam/junk).

Order History: Your return status appears alongside the original order.
Refund timing
Once Microsoft receives your return and completes the review, your refund is processed to the original payment method. You'll receive email notifications as your return progresses.
Note:Â Bank processing times vary, expect 3-5 business days. If your refund hasn't posted, contact your bank first, then Microsoft Support if they confirm no credit was received.
Troubleshooting work account orders
I can't see my ordersÂ

Make sure you're signed in with your work account, not a personal Microsoft account.

Recent purchases may take a few minutes to appear.Â
My return was shipped weeks ago but there's no updateÂ
-
Allow time after receipt for processing.

Check your carrier tracking to confirm delivery.

Contact Microsoft Support if there's been no update.
