Applies To
Clipchamp for personal accounts Clipchamp for work accounts

Choose a support route based on whether you use Clipchamp with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.

Clipchamp for personal accounts

To open support chat from the Clipchamp home page or editor, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Clipchamp for personal accounts in a browser, or use the Clipchamp Windows app with your personal Microsoft account.
  2. Select Help (the question-mark icon) in the header.
  3. Select Support chat.
  4. In the support pane, enter details about the issue and follow the prompts.

Describe the problem, include any error message, and say whether you're using the Windows app or a browser. Don't include passwords or sign-in verification codes.

For self-help, select Help and learning from the same menu, or go to Clipchamp help and learning.

If you can't open chat

If Support chat isn't shown, chat doesn't load, or you can't sign in to Clipchamp, go to Microsoft support instead. Select Can't sign in if you also need help signing in to Microsoft support.

For browser requirements and troubleshooting, see Which web browsers does Clipchamp support?.

Office hours, response times

Support availability and response times can vary. Check for availability or wait-time information during the contact process.

Clipchamp for work accounts

If you use Clipchamp with a work or school account, contact your organization's IT team or help desk first.

Microsoft 365 admins: To request help for your organization, follow the steps in Get support for Microsoft 365. If your organization bought all its subscriptions through a partner, contact that partner for support, as described in the guide.
