Delegates with access to another person’s calendar can use Microsoft Copilot to find meetings and calendar events on that person’s behalf. This includes past or upcoming meetings, 1:1s, recurring meetings, and meetings filtered by time, keywords, or participants.
Before you begin
You must be set up as a delegate with appropriate calendar permissions for the person whose meetings you want to search. Copilot can only return meetings you already have permission to access.
You must have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license to search for meetings on another person's calendar.
Use Copilot search meetings
Go to Microsoft 365 Copilot or open the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on your desktop, then sign in with your work or school account.
In the Chat window, enter your prompt and when you're done, select Send.
