When you’re away from your desk and need to track down a file a colleague shared, the Microsoft Copilot mobile app makes it easy. Use Search to quickly surface recommended content, recent files, or summaries based on your keywords — all in one place.
Start with Search
Open the Copilot mobile app.
Select the navigation panel.
Choose Search.
Scroll to view recommended files, recent items, and other useful categories.
Type a phrase to find what you need.
Use the filter bar to narrow your results:
- Modified: filter by most recently updated
- Type: limit by file format
- Person: find files shared or authored by colleagues
Select your file to preview or share.
