Sign in to your work or school account and then go to your My Account page. Select Security info from the left navigation pane or from the link in the Security info block, and then select Add method from the Security info page. On the Add a method page, select App password from the list, and then select Add.

Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, and then select Work or school account. Select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter the Code and URL from Step 1, and then select Finish. The Accounts screen of the app shows you your account name and a verification code.

Add a new email account. Select Start , enter Mail, and choose the app from the results. If this is the first time you've opened the Mail app, you’ll see a Welcome page. Select Add account to get started. If you've used the Mail app before, at the bottom of the left navigation pane, select Settings , and then choose Manage Accounts.

Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. If there is an available update, select Install now. Check for updates. Make sure that your app works with Windows 11. For more info, see Your app doesn't work with Windows. Update Microsoft Store. Select Start, then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

Sign in to Outlook on the web with your work or school account. Go to outlook.office.com. If you're not automatically signed in with your work or school account, follow the prompts to enter the email address and password for your work or school account. Follow any two-factor authentication prompts you may have previously set up for this account.

Right-click the OneDrive icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar. (You might need to select the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the icon.) On the Account tab, select Unlink this PC. Restart OneDrive and sign in with the account you want to use.
