Under My Files, pick a file or folder by selecting the circle in the upper corner of the item, and then select a command at the top of the page.

Note: For the app, if you select multiple files, they will download together as a single zipped folder.All files will download to the app downloads folder (a sub-folder within the Downloads folder on your computer). For Windows phones, if you select multiple files, they will download individually.

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.
