Add or delete bookmarks in a Word document or Outlook message
On simplified ribbon, select the ellipsis (...) and choose Bookmark. Select either Name or Location to sort the list of bookmarks in the document. Choose the name of the bookmark you want to delete, and then select Delete. If you have inserted a hyperlink to the deleted bookmark, right-click the linked text and then select Remove Hyperlink.
