Improve accessibility with the Accessibility Checker
Select File and choose Info. Select Check for Issues. In the Check for Issues drop-down menu, select Check Accessibility. The Accessibility Checker task pane appears next to your content and shows the inspection results. Select an issue under Inspection Results to see why and how to fix an issue. This info appears under Additional Information.

Here's a short list of header and footer commands: Left-align the characters that follow. Center the characters that follow. Right-align the characters that follow. Print the current date. Print the current time. Print the name of the document. Print the page number. In the appropriate box, insert the header or footer text you want to display.
