To open the On-Screen Keyboard. Go to Start , then select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle. A keyboard that can be used to move around the screen and enter text will appear on the screen. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it.

Select the Action tab at the top of the window.Select Disable device or Enable device, and then confirm.If there's more than one HID-compliant touchscreen device listed, perform steps 2–3 for that one too.

Windows Photo Viewer isn't part of Windows 10, but if you upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, you might still have it. To check, press and hold (or right-click) a photo in File Explorer, and select Open with.If Windows Photo Viewer isn't in the list, you cannot install it on Windows 10.
