如何取得更新

Surface 更新會分階段發佈，並非每個 Surface 都會同時收到更新，但會傳送至所有裝置。 如果您之前未收到更新，您可以遵循下載 Surface 驅動程式和韌體的步驟來手動更新。 

您可以使用 Surface 應用程式，快速檢查 Surface 驅動程式和韌體的健康情況。

開啟 Surface 應用程式

  1. 在 Surface 應用程式中，展開 [說明與支援]以檢查更新狀態。
  2. 如果有可用的更新，請選取 [檢查更新] 按鈕以開啟 Windows Update 並安裝可用的更新。 

如果你還沒安裝 Surface 應用程式，可以從 Microsoft Store 下載 Surface 應用程式。下載完成後，選擇開始並在搜尋中輸入 Surface。 接著，從結果列表中選擇該應用程式

注意

  • 系統無法解除安裝韌體更新或將其還原為較舊版本。
  • 當您安裝最新更新時，如果 Surface 還沒有先前的更新，您也會取得所有先前的更新。 只會下載並安裝適用於 Surface 的更新。
