Sådan får du opdateringer

Surface-opdateringer frigives i faser, — og ikke alle Surface-enheder modtager opdateringer på samme tid, men de leveres til alle enheder. Hvis du ikke tidligere har modtaget opdateringer, kan du opdatere manuelt ved at følge trinnene under Download drivere og firmware til Surface.

Du kan hurtigt kontrollere tilstanden af dine Surface-drivere og -firmware ved hjælp af Surface-appen.

Åbn Surface-appen

I Surface-appen skal du udvide Hjælp og support for at tjekke, om opdateringsstatussen.
Hvis der er tilgængelige opdateringer, skal du vælge knappen Søg efter opdateringerr for at åbne Windows Update og installere de tilgængelige opdateringer.

Hvis du ikke har Surface-appen installeret, kan du downloade Surface-appen fra Microsoft Store. Når download er fuldført, skal du vælge Start og angive Surface i Søg. Vælg derefter appen på listen over resultater.

Bemærkninger!:

Firmwareopdateringer kan ikke fjernes eller gendannes til en tidligere version.
Når du installerer den seneste opdatering, får du også alle de tidligere opdateringer, hvis din Surface ikke allerede har dem. Kun opdateringer, der gælder for Surface, downloades og installeres.
Når opdateringerne er installeret, skal du genstarte enheden for at fuldføre installationen. Hvis du vil genstarte enheden, skal du vælge Start og derefter vælge Tænd /sluk> Genstart.

- Forbedrer systemets stabilitet og reducerer hyppigheden af uventet lukning eller forekomst af sort skærm, når du ser Netflix.
- Afhjælper problemet, der kan medføre, at skærmen blinker eller en tom skærm under overgange med strømtilstand.
- Forbedrer berøringsoplevelsen ved at løse et problem, hvor touchfunktionalitet kan gå tabt, når enheden er forblevet i slumretilstand i en længere periode.
- Løser et problem, hvor Slim Pen mister haptisk funktionalitet eller sideknapfunktion i Microsoft OneNote.
- Løst et problem, hvor batteriikonet fejlagtigt viste enheden som tilsluttet efter vækning fra slumretilstand, selv når den ikke var tilsluttet en strømkilde.
Interoperabilitet:
- Løser forbindelsesproblemer, der medførte, at enheden mistede kablet netværksadgang eller ikke kunne registrere eksterne skærme, når de blev tilsluttet via USB-C.
Ydeevne og brugbarhed:
- Løser problemet, der forårsagede godkendelsesfejl under brug af Windows Hello, når computeren vækkes fra slumretilstand.
- Forbedrer kameraets stabilitet ved at reducere uventede nedbrud og løse problemer, herunder frysning i videoopkald, når HDR er aktiveret, fejl, når du starter appen Kamera eller tager billeder, og problemer med at skifte mellem front- og bagkameraer i nogle apps.
