Improvements and fixes

This non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include: 

• Addresses an issue that partially updates an Azure Stack HCI cluster after installing updates released May 20, 2021 (KB5003237) or later. This issue occurs when you use the Windows Update Plugin to install updates from the Windows Admin Center or with the Cluster-Aware Updating (CAU) feature.
