You can access Copilot Chat directly by signing in with your work or school account at copilot.microsoft.com, or from your Microsoft 365 apps, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Teams.

So although you can choose from lots of languages for the UI in Teams and Microsoft 365 Apps, Copilot works with a fewer number of languages. If you type a prompt in Copilot, and the language you're using or requesting isn't currently supported, you'll get an error message.
