How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft
If you don't recognize a charge on your account, go to the Manage your payments page of your Microsoft account dashboard and select "Investigate". Learn more. Sign in to your account with a security key - Microsoft Support
Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select Security Key. Select Manage and follow the instructions. Go to the Microsoft account page and sign in as you normally would. Select Security > More security options. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify. Select Use a security key.
