If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Choose Microsoft Store from the results to open the app. Select your account in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select Redeem code or gift cards. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

To sign in to MSN just select Sign in at the top right hand side of the page and enter your Microsoft account information. You can also sign in to MSN by signing into Outlook, Office, OneDrive or other Microsoft services available on the MSN homepage.
