This module introduces Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel and demonstrates how to use it with a screen reader to understand data, build and edit workbooks, and analyze information. It explains how to access Copilot, choose between different modes, ask questions about existing workbooks, and create content by describing what you want.
It also covers using Copilot to create tables, formulas, charts, PivotTables, and dashboards, work with files and custom skills, personalize Copilot, and verify changes and results.
To use Copilot in Excel, you need an eligible Microsoft 365 or Copilot subscription. Your workbook must be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint in a supported Excel format, and calculation mode, connected experiences, and your Office update channel must meet the requirements for Copilot.
