Change your team picture in Microsoft Teams
Customize your team by changing your team picture to one of many Microsoft Teams avatars or uploading your own! The avatar you choose will appear next to your team name.
Note: You must be a team owner to change the team picture.
If you're using Microsoft Teams for desktop or mobile, be sure to install any updates before starting.
To change your team image:

Select Teams on the left of Teams, and go to a team in your list.

To the right of the team name, select More options
> Manage team.

In the Settings tab, expand Team details and select Change picture.

Select an avatar or select Upload picture to choose a new image from your files, or Delete to remove the chosen team picture.

Select Save to save your new team picture.
