Mail and Calendar for Windows 10 are apps from Microsoft that allow you to stay up to date on your email across multiple accounts and to optimally manage your schedule. Designed for both work and home, Windows Mail lets you access all your different email accounts (including Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo!, and others) in a single, centralized interface. With it, there's no need to go to different websites or apps for your email.

How do I see and edit my contacts, and send mail to contact groups? First, be aware that Windows Mail is an app that lets you consolidate several mail systems so that you can access all your mail in one place. It's not a stand-alone mail client. Therefore, its contacts functionality is limited, and to create a contact group, you have to use a workaround, such as the following:
-
Open the Mail app and start a new email.
-
On the To line, type the email addresses of the people you want in the new contact group. Put a semicolon after each email address.
-
After your email list is complete, highlight the whole list with your pointer (or press Ctrl+A) and then press Ctrl+C to copy the list to the clipboard.
-
Open the People app and start a new contact. Give the new contact a descriptive name (for example, Fellow progressive activists), and then paste (Ctrl+V) the list of email addresses you copied in step 3 into the Personal email box. Select Save.
-
To mail your new contact group, start a new email in the Mail app, select the People icon next to the To box, and search for your contact group.
-
Select the contact group and click Done (the check mark) at the lower right. All the email addresses of the contact group members are populated on the To line.
