Connect a row to a project

  1. Select Add row.

  2. Add a title and choose an owner.

  3. Select Connect to a project, then Project.

  4. Select a project from the list. If you don't see it, and it's a Project Online project, see "Connect a row to a project in Project Online".

  5. Select Connect.

  6. Add items to your row by selecting the check boxes next to them. Find tasks by using Search or Filter.  Or use Quick select to select the check boxes for All milestones, All summary tasks, or All top level tasks.

The start and end dates for these items will stay in sync with Project, but you can change the name and status in the roadmap to fit your purposes.
