On the Insert tab you'll find ways to add many different types content, then arrange them to create great looking slides.

Select what you want to insert: a Table, Picture, Shape, Icons, or a Link.

  • Pictures can be added from your device, OneDrive, or a Bing online search.

  • Tables, Shapes, or SmartArt can be selected by the drop-downs attached to each button.

  • Selecting Icons opens a menu of more than 400 icons you can search for, insert, then edit.

  • You can insert Online Videos by entering the URL in the box provided.

When you're moving things around, smart guides appear to aid you in aligning and spacing them.

You can hotlink words or objects that make them clickable. Choose the object or word and select Link.
