After you insert a picture, you can move, resize, crop, and rotate it.

Move a picture

  • Select the picture and drag it where you want.

Resize a picture

  • Select the picture and drag a handle on one of the sides or corners.

Crop a picture

  1. Select the picture.

  2. Select Picture Tools > Format and then select Crop.

  3. Drag the handles on the sides or corners to crop the picture the way you'd like.

  4. Select Crop.

Rotate a picture

  • Select the picture and drag the rotation handle in the direction you want.
