Try it!

Before you print a document, preview it to make sure that everything looks right on the page.

  1. Select File > Print.

  2. Then select the options you want:

    • To see each page, select Next Page or Previous Page.

    • To change the size of the preview, select Zoom In or Zoom Out.

    • Select the number of copies you want to print.

    • Select the printer you want to use.

    • To print only certain pages, print some of the document’s properties, or print tracked changes and comments, adjust the Settings.

    Tip: If you need to return to the document and make a change, select Back.

  3. Select Print.
